Supporting Wellbeing and Integration of Transgender victims in Care environments with Holistic approach

Slide The Psychological Profile is a guide for professionals to better understand the psychological consequences of violence on people with gender incongruence. This guide helps the professionals (psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapist and social workers) to build a victim’s psychological profile that can also be used in case of violence denouncing and for the following objectives:
• Support accessibility to national support services (police, hospital admissions, dormitories, etc.) for people who are victims of homophobic and transphobic violence and the ability to provide a specific response and appropriate assistance;
• Easier access paths for transgender, non-binary and intersex people to safety-related services also to support the complaining of any crimes or suffered violence.
